Product benefits compared to mechanical
fastening elements

· No noise generation from mechanical components
· No mechanical abrasion of cables at contact points
Product benefits compared to bonding
with liquid fastening elemnts

· Does not require the use of robots for this operation
· Possible cycle-time reduction

Product benefits compared to other
adhesive tape systems

· Fixing and covering in one product and the same process
· Difficult component surfaces do not cause a bonding
problem, since components are completely wrapped
· Versions available with one- or two-sided wraps
· Possibility to manufacture any combination of widths
  according to costumer requirements
· Possible to create any size of adhered surface
with respect to substrate, even in the case of
  small-sized components

Our Product Duplocoll CF
Cable Fixing Technology from the Die-Cut Expert

The picture shows cable fixing using a tape dispenser.
The dispenser transfers the die-cuts onto the substrate
and simultaneously removes the release liner.
Cutting the tape after application becomes obsolete.
The cable is simply placed and pressed onto the exposed
adhesive. The overlapping tape surface is then folded over,
forming a protective cable cover. The system is
particularly suitable for reliable and fast cable fixing
directly at the assembly line.
